Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems

Location: Onsite at 650 Gateway Blvd, Monroe, Ohio, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement business plans by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Execute quality assurance programs focused on building efficiency, inventory integrity, slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle inventory tests, damages, hazardous materials, and related reporting.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders, including supporting hiring and training activities.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, repair, inventory, and ordering of systems hardware and software.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of systems and application issues with Information Systems Division teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field; or two years of Walmart logistics or supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments.
• Experience managing staffing, workloads, productivity, quality, safety, and compliance in an operational environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Monroe, Ohio fulfillment facility.

Nice to have

• Inventory management experience.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Walmart Logistics Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
