What you will do

• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities, setting schedules and priorities for clerks and temporary staff.
• Manage inventory accuracy through monthly physical counts and software reconciliation.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain the physical condition of warehouse facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Coordinators to meet delivery schedules and expectations.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, including the processing of RMA shipments.
• Train and develop warehouse personnel to foster employee growth and department teamwork.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, operations, and inventory management.
• Forklift certification and operational experience.
• Proficiency in D365 (Finance and Operation) and ConnectWise.
• Knowledge of US Postal, UPS, and FedEx regulations and processes.
• Experience with inventory control software and space planning/forecasting.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Livermore, CA.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
