CLM - Project Manager (CLM AI)

Location: UK remote; must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom for any employer. The role requires working US hours.

What you will do

• Lead CLM projects from scoping and planning through implementation and post-implementation review.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, deliverables, client communications, and expectations.
• Advise clients on CLM implementation strategy, configuration, testing, user adoption, and issue resolution.
• Assess current contract management processes and design future-state processes, roadmaps, and transition strategies.
• Lead CLM vendor selection through requirements definition, demonstrations, scorecards, and decision analysis.
• Contribute to CLM AI and GenAI offerings, practice methodology, thought leadership, and consultant mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting, legal operations, or a similar role, including CLM project leadership.
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, Malbek, or ContractPodAi.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects and proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and GenAI capabilities in CLM platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
