Project Manager (Legal Tech)

Location: Hybrid, based in Holmdel, New Jersey; Chicago, Illinois; Raleigh, North Carolina; or London, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $80,000–$92,500 USD base salary annually, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Own software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and support handover.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements across the hirify.global product suite, balancing priorities and shared resources.
• Control project scope, budgets, forecasts, timelines, effort, burn, margin, and formal change management.
• Identify and resolve risks proactively using RAID logs, recommended actions, and clear escalation options.
• Coordinate Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, partners, and client teams.
• Coordinate testing, training, acceptance, statements of work, resource plans, lessons learned, and delivery improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management experience delivering software or technology implementations for external clients, including multi-workstream engagements.
• Experience owning multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and shared resources.
• Strong skills in scope, budget, forecasting, resource planning, change control, effort, burn, and margin reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including governance and steering discussions with partner- and executive-level stakeholders.
• Proactive risk management skills, including identifying issues early, framing options, and driving resolution.
• Hands-on experience with project and PSA tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Monday.com, plus reporting and time-tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Vendor-side professional services or SaaS delivery experience.
• Legal technology, law firm, or corporate legal department experience.
• Knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed teams and third-party partners across time zones.
