Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with 3 days per week required in the London office. The role is UK-based. The WFA policy allows working from abroad for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Manage assigned client projects end to end, protecting timelines, budgets, quality, and margins.
• Coordinate project setup and kick-offs, resolve issues, and act as the first escalation point.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to pitch development and delivery.
• Manage account resourcing, team capacity, revenue forecasting, project costs, billing, and invoicing.
• Guide and develop Project Managers, run training, maintain project status reporting, and enforce schedule, scope, and resource controls.
• Use approved AI tools for reporting, documentation, resourcing analysis, and QA, while embedding AI-enabled delivery practices and human review.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of project management experience in a digital, content, or creative agency, including 2+ years at Senior Project Manager level or equivalent.
• Experience delivering projects for global brand clients, particularly in FMCG, healthcare, or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience with resourcing, revenue forecasting, agency job costing, and project management systems such as Paprika or equivalent.
• Current practical experience using AI in delivery, including the ability to explain daily tools and workflow improvements.
• Strong commercial judgment covering margins, scope creep, escalation, and project risks.
• Excellent communication skills, composure under pressure, senior stakeholder management experience, and experience developing junior Project Managers.
