Deployment Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers including kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and large-scale rollout phases.
• Map customer workflows and configure AI agents collaborating with operations, IT, and business teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate system integrations with engineering and product teams.
• Provide customer insights to inform product roadmap and continuous improvements.
• Build repeatable deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices to scale onboarding.
• Drive change management and operator training to foster confident AI users.

Requirements

• Local work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available
• 2+ years experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management in enterprise software or AI B2B products.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture including APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise deployments and build stakeholder trust.
• Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Excellent project management and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or software development.
• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Experience designing change management or operator training initiatives.
