What you will do

• Manage AI/GenAI delivery projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and core delivery documentation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle.
• Handle escalations professionally and contribute to PMO best-practice adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS delivery projects.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, or Power BI.
• Must be based in the USA.
