Install Foreman I (Commercial Refrigeration)

Location: Cullman, Alabama, United States; onsite. The role may require working nights, weekends, and out of town.

What you will do

• Oversee assigned commercial refrigeration installation and remodel projects from scheduling through closeout.
• Coordinate Installers, Helpers, contractors, building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Determine work schedules, sequences, assignments, material needs, and labor requirements.
• Track project progress, hours, material costs, forecasts, budgets, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, control drawings, technical manuals, and regulations.
• Inspect work areas and equipment, provide safety training, correct unsafe conditions, and perform installation technician duties when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or ten years of related experience and/or training; a technical degree is preferred.
• At least five years of commercial HVAC/R experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, time management, customer focus, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• EPA 608 Certification.
• Technical degree.
