Contingent Workforce Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 71,250–104,528 annual base salary for Canada-based roles; offers may exceed this range and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Operationalize contingent workforce priorities and support global program expansion, new workforce models, and enterprise initiatives.
• Administer, optimize, test, and coordinate releases for SAP Fieldglass and related workforce technologies.
• Redesign operational workflows through process improvement, automation, AI capabilities, and technology enhancements.
• Manage SAP Fieldglass controls, audit readiness, SOX compliance support, and MSP operational governance.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, analytics teams, regional Program Managers, and MSP partners.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, reporting, documentation, and actionable recommendations based on operational data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce operations, HR technology, procurement operations, business systems, program management, or a related operational field.
• Experience administering or implementing a Vendor Management System; SAP Fieldglass is preferred, while Beeline or a similar VMS is accepted.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational or technology implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand how technology, governance, suppliers, data, and workflows interact across the contingent workforce lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with global contingent workforce programs, enterprise technology implementations, or global program rollouts.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Internal Audit, or enterprise business systems teams.
• Experience with SOX controls, audits, regulated operational processes, dashboards, reporting, and operational analytics.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and a continuous-improvement or product mindset.
