Program Manager

What you will do

• Manage human, financial, and operational resources to meet contractual and company obligations while maintaining project profitability.
• Lead complex, unique, prototype, and high-risk projects with significant financial impact.
• Develop project management plans, procedures, guidelines, goals, objectives, and work breakdown structures.
• Direct multiple projects involving resource planning, scheduling, subcontracting, technical coordination, and customer acceptance.
• Negotiate subcontract and work-share agreements and act as the primary customer liaison on project matters.
• Identify improvement initiatives and opportunities for contract amendments or additional scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, commerce, or an equivalent field.
• Project management experience with 5–12 years of related experience.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Ability to support technical, cost, and schedule aspects of proposals.
• Experience coordinating project teams and making recommendations related to recruiting and performance reviews.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
