Strategic Program Manager

Location: Remote; must be located in the United States or Canada. Expected travel: approximately 5%.

Base pay: 113,400–170,100 USD annually for other US locations, 126,000–189,000 USD annually for select US metros and states, or 144,900–217,400 USD annually for the San Francisco Bay Area. Bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs from planning through delivery, aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Maintain PMO practices across managed business workstreams, including priorities, milestones, owners, blockers, and decisions.
• Coordinate teams and actively manage interdependencies to keep workstreams progressing according to plan.
• Pressure-test plans, assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs to ensure initiatives deliver the right business outcomes.
• Facilitate executive readouts, working sessions, follow-ups, and escalation paths to create clarity and momentum.
• Improve program management processes, tools, prioritization, sequencing, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or cross-functional program leadership.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and simultaneous workstreams.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and risk-resolution skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining program plans, tracking tools, and status reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-family, MDU, or Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Experience launching new business units, working at startup companies, or managing M&A projects.
