Location: On-site at Corporate Headquarters, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. Hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.

What you will do
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb, and ballast replacement.
- Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
- Troubleshoot facility maintenance issues and help keep the headquarters safe and comfortable.
- Coordinate with contractors and inspectors during maintenance, repair, and compliance projects.
- Provide on-site support and facility access for contractors and inspectors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.
- Availability for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.
- Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie headquarters.
