Maintenance Technician II

Location: Arlington, Tennessee, USA; 100% onsite. Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair plant equipment, buildings, facilities, machinery, and conveyor systems.
• Troubleshoot machinery and conveyor faults using Pick2Light systems and reset errors as needed.
• Coordinate priority work projects, repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and work orders in Benchmark.
• Provide directions, assign minor tasks, prepare reports, and monitor maintenance records and employee time records.
• Maintain parts inventory and perform hands-on maintenance work alongside team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance environment and 2+ years of related specialized or technical training.
• Knowledge of maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, welding, painting, remodeling, construction, and schematics.
• Proficiency with WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor preventive maintenance, and MHE systems.
• Strong English oral and written communication, organization, project management, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States and able to work overtime as needed.
