Building Automation and Controls Manager (BAS)

Location: On-site at hirify.global Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin; travel to North American locations required.

What you will do

• Lead the design and optimization of HVAC controls and Building Automation Systems across 55+ facilities.
• Develop and manage a team of Building System Engineers.
• Maintain system upgrades, cybersecurity policies, and organization-wide standards.
• Partner with Operations and Construction teams to identify and implement building-controls improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of Building Automation Systems experience, including BAS programming.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• Availability to travel to hirify.global’s North American locations.
• All positions are on-site.

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
