Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC)

Location: Garland, Texas, USA

Salary: $33–$35 per hour, plus bonuses depending on experience.

What you will do

• Inspect and oversee maintenance across Serena Vista Apartments and Hampton Court Apartments.
• Perform and coordinate make-readies, work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and provide direct supervision to maintenance staff.
• Hire and oversee external professionals such as electricians and plumbers.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, expenditures, monthly reporting, and KPI validation.
• Support capital projects and ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Required HVAC certification.
• Required valid driver's license and insurance.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, appliances, and building systems, including heating, electrical, air conditioning, and ventilation.
• Basic computer skills, strong organization, time management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
