Sales Manager (Industrial Packaging)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; hybrid schedule with a home-based office on Mondays and Fridays and field visits from Tuesday through Thursday. Frequent travel within the territory and occasional travel to other North American locations are required.

What you will do

• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a sales team of 8–10 representatives.
• Conduct joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with national sales and training managers on sales strategies and training procedures.
• Monitor sales goals and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Availability for frequent travel within the territory and occasional travel to other North American locations.
