Sales Servicing Specialist (Corrugated Packaging)

Location: Onsite at the plant in Waddell, Arizona, United States

Starting salary: $70,400–$110,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within an assigned territory or account.
• Secure and maintain product distribution, establish pricing, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Create, monitor, and revise lead-generation plans to build a substantive sales pipeline.
• Maintain customer relationships, satisfy existing needs, and expand account business.
• Coordinate with the design department to improve existing packaging designs and develop new designs.
• Manage account records, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and collections from delinquent accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Three years of experience in corrugated material or paper sales.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the past three years to qualify for a company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, exercise independent judgment, and handle difficult or sensitive accounts.
