What you will do

• Drive the transition to a resilient, always-on microservices architecture on RedHat OpenShift.
• Design, build, and secure scalable cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Provide technical guidance to Software Engineers and support strong project performance.
• Improve observability and monitoring across thousands of microservices using DynaTrace, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
• Streamline deployments through a GitOps-powered CI/CD pipeline built with Tekton and Argo CD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Java development and SQL experience.
• 5+ years of microservices development with the Java Spring framework.
• 2+ years of deploying and managing Java microservices on Kubernetes platforms such as RedHat OpenShift.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
