What you will do

• Audit and evaluate the systems landscape to identify gaps and redundancies.
• Define and maintain a clear systems architecture for the organization.
• Optimize internal integrations and bidirectional data flows between platforms.
• Drive end-user adoption through training, documentation, and process improvements.
• Identify and pilot AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into day-to-day workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, operations, or IT roles.
• Strong experience with leading SaaS ecosystems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse, or Zendesk.
• Proven track record of improving workflows and driving tool adoption.
• Experience working with APIs and automation tools such as Zapier, Workato, or Tray.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US and comfortable with video interviews requiring cameras to be on.
