Change AI Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the Osterley office; appropriate right to work in the UK required. hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and analyse improvement opportunities for Change Delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Participate in leadership workshops to plan and phase transformation workstreams.
• Determine whether AI, automation, business systems, or process improvement can best simplify ways of working.
• Design, prototype, and test practical solutions that reduce manual effort and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, support adoption, and deliver business value.
• Measure outcomes, capture benefits, and develop reusable tools, templates, guidance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and systems to understand business problems.
• Awareness of emerging AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Experience applying AI, automation, digital technologies, business systems, or improvement techniques to simplify processes.
• Experience contributing to business improvement or transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools.
• Experience designing, prototyping, or testing innovative solutions.
• Experience improving operational processes using data and insight.
• Experience creating reusable tools, templates, or best-practice guidance.
• Experience measuring benefits and refining solutions through feedback.
