Business Intelligence Analyst II

Location: Remote US, United States

Salary: $70,000–$82,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Triage data requests and gather user requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, and analytical solutions using Power BI and related technologies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational challenges into analytical, reporting, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Perform exploratory and ad-hoc analyses, monitor KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.
• Improve data collection, data quality, reporting efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on data integrity.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, or ETL processes.
• Experience with Python, R, AI-assisted analytics, automation platforms, or related technologies.
