Founding Marketing Hire (Consumer Wearables)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California; candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Salary: $80,000–$125,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity of up to 1–2%.

hirify.global is a Y Combinator-backed consumer wearable startup approaching its consumer launch.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end marketing as the first dedicated marketing hire, including brand, social, communications, and product launch.
• Build and grow the brand’s social presence and consumer community ahead of launch.
• Lead influencer and creator partnerships to drive awareness and adoption.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for the consumer wearable device.
• Design and scale the marketing organization as the company grows.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in consumer hardware or wearables.
• Experience owning marketing across brand, social, communications, and product launch.
• Hands-on experience building influencer and creator partnerships and scaling consumer communities.
• Strong consumer taste and a scrappy, operator mindset suited to working without a large team or budget.
• Experience leading and scaling an early-stage marketing function, including organization design and people leadership.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and work on-site in San Francisco.
