Lead, Social Media (Fintech)

Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center; in-office role

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year plus $50,000–$75,000 in equity.

DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting from data entry through financial close.

What you will do

• Own social media channels across X, LinkedIn, and relevant finance and startup communities.
• Work directly with the founders to amplify their voices and increase brand awareness.
• Create timely short-form posts, replies, and mobile-first video content.
• Engage with finance leaders, founders, and online communities around relevant industry conversations.
• Measure engagement, follower growth, and awareness among finance leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running social media for a startup, creator, or founder.
• Strong awareness of founder and SaaS internet culture and current conversations.
• Native short-form writing instincts, with strong opening lines.
• Ability to work quickly, publish, and adjust without waiting for lengthy approval cycles.
• High work ethic and willingness to operate beyond standard business hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Fintech, accounting, or B2B SaaS familiarity.
• Personal newsletter, podcast, or side project.
• Community-building or paid social experience.
• Experience as an extremely online operator rather than an agency social media manager.
