What you will do

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads in the Spanish and EU markets.
  • Build relationships with CTOs, HR professionals, and engineering managers.
  • Present the Android talent pool and staffing process.
  • Create proposals and negotiate client contracts.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to align staffing solutions with client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in IT services or staff augmentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Comfort working remotely and independently.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
