Location: This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs, with a primary hub in Barcelona, Spain. You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.

What you will do
- Acquire expert knowledge of the platform.
- Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches to engage potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule further consultations for sales executives.
- Conduct high-level discussions with Office, Finance, Operations, or Travel Managers to explain 's Value Proposition.
- Understand target prospect needs and articulate the value provides.
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
- Work closely with the marketing team to increase awareness and improve the lead qualification process.
Requirements
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian at a near-native level.
- Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects.
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
- Being a goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset and be proactive in generating leads.
- You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.
- This role requires an IRL-first approach, meaning you must be based within commuting distance of our hubs (e.g., Barcelona) to work in-person 3 days a week.
