TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new customer acquisition by running outreach campaigns and qualifying leads for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on B2B solution selling and articulating value propositions. Focus on high-level discussions with managers, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with marketing to refine lead qualification processes.

Location: This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs, with a primary hub in Barcelona, Spain. You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.

What you will do

  • Acquire expert knowledge of the hirify.global platform.
  • Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches to engage potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule further consultations for sales executives.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with Office, Finance, Operations, or Travel Managers to explain hirify.global's Value Proposition.
  • Understand target prospect needs and articulate the value hirify.global provides.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to increase awareness and improve the lead qualification process.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian at a near-native level.
  • Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Being a goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset and be proactive in generating leads.
  • You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.
  • This role requires an IRL-first approach, meaning you must be based within commuting distance of our hubs (e.g., Barcelona) to work in-person 3 days a week.
