Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain

What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring from the initial brief through accepted offer across sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk, and HR.
• Learn each function deeply enough to challenge hiring briefs and identify the relevant candidate market.
• Build direct-sourcing pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
• Assess candidate relevance, secure timely decisions, and lead offer conversations through acceptance.
• Present evidence-based recommendations when the profile, search strategy, or interview process needs to change.

Requirements

• In-house experience owning business or commercial hiring in a high-growth company.
• Experience hiring across several business functions with clear hiring outcomes.
• Demonstrated ownership of pipeline building, candidate qualification, stakeholder management, and closing hires.
• Ability to measure hiring results and explain which actions improved them.
• Experience recovering difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions with evidence, improving recruitment processes, and closing difficult offers.
