What you will do

• Generate design drawings and develop concepts under the guidance of Lead Architects.
• Coordinate project information and deliverables with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations and planning constraints.
• Participate in design reviews and regular site visits to support project execution.
• Promote Design Risk Assessment best practices to eliminate hazards during early design phases.
• Support the development of feasibility studies, schematic designs, and construction documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience performing architectural design work.
• Professional degree in Architecture preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of all building disciplines and commercial awareness.
• Life Science industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
