Guest Experience Coordinator (Hospitality)

Location: Remote; hiring in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, the Philippines, Serbia, and Colombia. Work from anywhere.

Salary: USD 12,500–21,000 per year. Compensation is also listed as USD 6–10 per hour based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Support guests from initial property inquiries through the end of their stay.
• Handle escalated guest issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information about properties and policies.
• Make reservations based on guest requirements and budgets.
• Respond to guest messages promptly through phone, email, and text while meeting strict SLAs.
• Support field operations teams and maintain consistent guest experiences.
• Keep customer and property information updated and build positive relationships with field operators and local vendors.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• At least two years of customer service or concierge experience.
• Experience with Zendesk and in a call center environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate business issues and technical concepts.
• Reliable, self-managed, organized, and able to prioritize work against tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Background in real estate or short-term rentals.
