Head of Growth (AI)

Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain (with additional offices in Munich, Vienna, and London). Relocation support is available.

Salary: €150,000 – €250,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end marketing and product-marketing initiatives, including brand, demand generation, and funnel optimization.
• Manage full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly marketing budget.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists.
• Define the overall growth strategy and key performance indicators in direct collaboration with the CEO.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading and scaling marketing teams in a global capacity.
• Demonstrated success in a senior Marketing or Growth leadership role at a high-growth B2B or PLG SaaS company.
• Experience scaling growth functions, ideally within an AI or AI-adjacent product context.
• Ability to own and steer a seven-figure budget and manage a distributed team.
• Must be able to work on-site in Barcelona (relocation support provided).
• Visa sponsorship is available.
