Growth Manager (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; London, UK; Madrid, Spain; Warsaw, Poland; or remote from approved countries. During the first few months, most days must be spent in the Milan office; the long-term arrangement can be office-based or remote depending on the offer-stage agreement.

Salary: Typical annual offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. Exceptional offers may reach £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe.

What you will do

• Build deep knowledge of the assigned product, business model, and growth levers.
• Use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to analyze campaigns, user data, and product performance.
• Generate growth and monetization hypotheses from insights, experiments, competitor research, and AI-assisted exploration.
• Design and run rigorous experiments with real users in collaboration with designers, engineers, and analysts.
• Scale successful ideas and use experiment learnings to guide subsequent testing cycles.
