Performance Marketing Manager (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Own performance channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta from strategy to budget execution.
• Run continuous CRO experiments across landing pages and funnels to drive conversion improvements.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude, Clay, and n8n to automate workflows and accelerate growth operations.
• Analyze spend and conversion data to optimize performance and pivot strategies rapidly.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering to define and build the infrastructure for AI-driven growth.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing or growth within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on expertise in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record in CRO, including experiment design and data-driven optimization.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager for tracking and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in German (must-have).
• Must be based in Germany.
