What you will do
- Own the full marketing strategy, budget, and accountability for MRR growth.
- Develop product-led growth (PLG) and diversified acquisition sources beyond Google organic traffic.
- Lead and coach a team of 2-3 senior marketers, ensuring delivery and strategic alignment.
- Implement AI-native tools and agentic workflows for research, production, and user communication.
- Build ecosystem partnerships and champion the brand in the SEO community through thought leadership.
Requirements
- Generalist growth marketing background with a track record of connecting data and channels.
- Deep SEO expertise to lead strategy for an SEO tool and engage with the professional community.
- AI-native proficiency with technical fluency in HTML, CSS, APIs, and webhooks to ship landing pages independently.
- Proven leadership experience managing senior professionals with execution discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be based in Europe to ensure substantial working time overlap with CET.
Nice to have
- German language proficiency (relevant for strong DACH presence).
- Experience with product marketing for freemium models and upsell triggers.
- Personal audience or on-camera experience to drive creator-led growth.
