What you will do

• Define and execute the global developer and builder community strategy and roadmap.
• Build community channels across Discord, GitHub, social platforms, events, and relevant developer ecosystems.
• Create programs that turn users into contributors, advocates, ambassadors, and community leaders.
• Develop relationships with developers, researchers, founders, technical creators, universities, open-source projects, and developer organizations.
• Represent H at conferences, hackathons, meetups, and developer events.
• Define community KPIs, establish scalable operating systems, measure product adoption, and hire and develop the community team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, Community, Developer Marketing, Product Marketing, or a related technical role.
• Experience building a technical or developer community from 0 to 1.
• Technical credibility, including the ability to read and write code and work with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams and understanding developer adoption journeys.
• Experience creating technical content, tutorials, demos, developer education, and organizing developer events.
• Strong communication, public speaking, analytical, organizational, and independent execution skills, with a strong understanding of modern AI and developer ecosystems.
