Assistant Area Manager, Naples & Fort Myers (Short-Term Rentals)

Location: On-site in Naples, Florida, United States, covering the Fort Myers and Naples area; must reside in the designated area and travel frequently to properties.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year plus a performance bonus dependent on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations across hirify.global properties and fill in as market lead and personnel manager when needed.
• Communicate with property owners, review distribution statements, and maintain owner satisfaction standards.
• Coordinate field operations, including training, coaching, and evaluating personnel.
• Monitor and resolve guest and homeowner issues while reviewing the quality and timeliness of resolutions.
• Inspect properties, identify quality concerns, manage supplies, and coordinate housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks.
• Travel between properties and participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible availability for weekends and holidays, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to spend most working time standing, walking, and driving; physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, stoop, and occasionally lift more than 25 lbs.
• Must reside in the designated area and hold a valid driver's license with active car insurance.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality and/or real estate.
• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation.
