What you will do

  • Prepare, review, and submit short-term rental permit applications in accordance with local regulations.
  • Track permit renewals, approval conditions, and compliance status in accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Research zoning laws, municipal codes, and regulatory changes, then provide clear updates and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with municipalities and manage compliance with approval conditions.
  • Draft permit applications, compliance reports, regulatory updates, and professional correspondence.
  • Identify compliance risks and implement process improvements across permitting and compliance operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an operational, fast-paced role, ideally with a US-based company.
  • Experience or familiarity with compliance, regulatory operations, permitting, legal work, real estate, or short-term rentals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, public policy, engineering, or urban planning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills are required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple permit applications and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, project management tools, and legal or regulatory research.
