What you will do

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies for operations within Argentina.
• Represent the company in interactions with regulatory authorities, central banks, and industry bodies.
• Provide expert analysis on local regulatory proposals and advise senior management on risks and opportunities.
• Manage the regulatory approval process and coordinate documentation for license applications.
• Collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure regional alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina with the right to work.
• Minimum of 5 years of regulatory experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto-asset industries.
• Proven experience working with or within regulatory authorities such as central banks or financial supervisory agencies.
• Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong diplomatic skills and experience in drafting public policy responses or regulatory filings.
• University degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
