What you will do
- Partner with Accommodation, Product, Commercial Contracting, Connectivity, and specialist legal teams to define negotiation strategies and deliver strategic partner agreements.
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements and amendments with accommodation partners.
- Develop contracting frameworks, playbooks, metrics, escalation paths, and approval processes to improve speed, consistency, and risk control.
- Advise on privacy, competition, regulatory, FinTech, tax, compliance, and regional legal matters related to partner contracting and product launches.
- Monitor case law, legislative, and regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance and updated contract positions.
- Improve legal operations through contracting technology, AI tools, contract lifecycle management, training, and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- EU, UK, or US law degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
- Native or fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong commercial contract drafting, negotiation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal risk with business requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite.
