eDiscovery Client Services Associate Director (eDiscovery)

Location: Remote, with work authorization required in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia; occasional domestic or international travel and extended hours or weekend support may be required.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Client Services professionals, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers.
• Manage client accounts and provide day-to-day oversight of eDiscovery and litigation support projects.
• Develop account playbooks, service standards, matter workflows, project plans, and best-practice solutions.
• Coordinate staffing, project assignments, budgets, work in progress, invoicing, reporting, and client status meetings.
• Act as the escalation point for client issues and drive satisfaction through planning, communication, problem solving, and delivery oversight.
• Support strategic initiatives, business reviews, sales and marketing activities, and the development of future leaders.

Requirements

• Demonstrable Relativity experience at Administrator level or above, including troubleshooting and maintaining high-quality QC and QA.
• At least five years of industry experience with a strong track record in strategic leadership and client service.
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery frameworks, including EDRM, protocols, workflows, and best practices.
• Experience working with APAC clients, including clients in Singapore, Australia, Japan, or Hong Kong, and with custom production specifications and bundles.
• Excellent client relationship, communication, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management, planning, resource allocation, and budget management skills.
• Must be authorised to work within Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nuix, Everlaw, Reveal, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s, Juris Doctorate, MBA, or similar advanced degree.
• Experience with legal culture and communications.
