Director of Professional Services

Location: Montreal, Quebec — hybrid, remote and in person. Ability to travel to the USA is required.

What you will do

• Lead the Professional Services practice and own the portfolio of projects and software implementations from conception through support.
• Manage client onboarding, sales hand-offs, project staffing, resourcing, utilization, delivery methodology, and customer escalations.
• Set and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Support sales with opportunity identification, scoping, planning, and expectation setting for existing and new customers.
• Coach and develop managers and emerging leaders while building a cohesive, high-performing leadership group.
• Collaborate with the product team on automation and product enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services with increasing responsibility.
• 7+ years leading a Professional Services practice or book of business, including P&L ownership and services delivery metrics.
• Experience managing managers, scaling teams, developing early-career leaders, and leading people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with consulting, project management, agile delivery, implementations, SOW writing, escalation management, and delivery models including T&M, Fixed Bid, and Capped T&M.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, written, verbal, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with JIRA, Tempo, and CRMs such as Creatio and Microsoft; ability to travel to the USA.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of APIs, ETLs, middleware, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Additional CRM knowledge, including Microsoft and Creatio.
