Solutions Architect (FACETS G6 Integration)

Location: 99% remote with one onsite meeting per quarter; candidates must reside in DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Texas, or Florida.

hirify.global is recruiting for a contract-to-permanent opportunity with a major healthcare payer organization in the Maryland/Metro DC area.

What you will do

• Define future-state enterprise and solution architecture for core healthcare payer platforms.
• Architect Facets G6 real-time and batch claims processing, pre-adjudication validation, and claim-editing solutions.
• Manage EDI data streams and end-to-end transaction data configurations across enterprise producers and consumers.
• Refactor legacy architectures to reduce integration hops, simplify data flows, and improve platform resiliency.
• Optimize provider data structures and plan legacy system runout and retirement paths.
• Align architecture initiatives with enterprise roadmaps and influence senior stakeholders on modernization investments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Solutions Architecture experience, including the last 8 years in healthcare or claims processing.
• Experience in both commercial and federal healthcare payer sectors.
• Recent Facets G6 architecture experience covering real-time and batch claims processing, pre-adjudication validation, EDI transaction management, claim-editing engines, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with enterprise architecture refactoring, process controls, resiliency, provider data rationalization, and legacy platform retirement planning.
• Knowledge of claims processing, enrollment, billing and payments, underwriting, partner programs, business operations, and benefit management.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations, including HL7, FHIR, X12, HIPAA, CMS, and NCQA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Data Cloud, other healthcare platforms, MuleSoft, Kafka, or Azure Fabric.
• Expertise across two or more architecture domains, such as enterprise, solution, software, data, integration, interoperability, cloud, or artificial intelligence.
• Experience overseeing third-party solution architecture engagements and enterprise portfolio rationalization or technical debt remediation.
