Technology Consultant, Architect (Healthcare)

Location: USA; remote or office-based. Ideal location: EST or CST time zone

Salary: $122,000–$192,000 annually base salary, with variable pay considered separately where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead client discovery and design scalable end-to-end solution architectures.
• Define architecture strategies, blueprints, technology selections, and enterprise standards.
• Guide implementation from design through deployment in collaboration with DevOps, business analysis, delivery, engineering, and QA teams.
• Own architecture decisions across business, application, data, and integration layers.
• Shape technology strategies, modernization roadmaps, and cloud adoption plans.
• Lead architecture governance, support pre-sales, and resolve complex technical challenges during delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience in solution architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, data platforms, and integration patterns.
• Deep knowledge of security, compliance, scalable system design, and enterprise-grade solution delivery.
• Experience designing and guiding end-to-end architectures across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and digital transformation initiatives.
• Healthcare domain knowledge, including FHIR, HL7, EDI, EHR/EMR, RCM, and AI or analytics use cases.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
