What you will do
- Lead evaluation, design, and analysis of solution architectures across assigned business applications and technologies.
- Translate business and technical requirements into documented architectural blueprints aligned with enterprise standards.
- Connect business roadmaps with operational technology decisions and assess organizational and financial impacts.
- Collaborate with management, business leaders, product owners, and project or product managers.
- Build an architectural runway that supports future requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead troubleshooting and operational initiatives, including technical upgrades, patches, and outage support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience across IT solution development disciplines, including architecture, application development, databases, networks, middleware, or cloud development.
- Experience with software technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, .NET, PHP, or ABAP, and database technologies such as MSSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, or HANA.
- Experience developing system designs, strategies, evaluations, and technology roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, technical, communication, leadership, planning, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of enterprise technology architecture across business, information, data, network, and security domains, as well as agile development methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience working with multi-site global teams.
- 4+ years of DevSecOps experience, including unit testing, CI/CD, security compliance, and automated functional, performance, and stress testing.
- Experience architecting secure healthcare applications and working with PHI, PII, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of Scrum at Scale, SAFe, Kanban, or other agile system development lifecycle methodologies.
