What you will do

• Manage software development projects from discovery through delivery, defining goals, scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate activities between clients, developers, and designers to ensure transparent communication and reporting.
• Align development efforts with business goals through backlog prioritization and scope management.
• Apply Agile principles pragmatically and facilitate ceremonies to remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Participate in presales and discovery discussions to gather requirements and contribute to project estimations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct client interaction.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, and similar collaboration tools.
• English: C1+ (fluent written and spoken) required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with startups and scale-ups.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of AI solutions, SaaS products, or marketplaces.
• Technical background or prior hands-on software development experience.
