What you will do

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple streams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (BA, Dev, QA, Architects) and ensure priority alignment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined.
• Track project progress and maintain comprehensive documentation in project tools.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within IT or digital delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• German language proficiency at least B2 level for daily communication.
• English language proficiency for working in an international team.
• Proven ability in risk management and issue resolution.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other Agile-related certifications.
• Experience working with distributed or multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
• Background in business analysis or product ownership.
