Project Manager (Agile, Digital Delivery)

What you will do

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and changing priorities to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other project tools.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within IT or digital delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, risks, and issues.
• German proficiency at least at B2 level is required for daily communication.
• English proficiency is required for work in an international team.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certification.
• Experience in distributed or multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
• Background in business analysis or product ownership.
