Project Manager (AI)

Location: Balkans; hybrid work model with office options in Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, and Nis

What you will do

• Take accountability for delivering software projects on time, within scope, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Select predictive, Agile, or hybrid project management approaches based on project goals, contracts, client expectations, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily synchronizations, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Partner with the Product Manager to refine the Product Backlog and define testable acceptance criteria.
• Use and oversee AI tools such as Claude Code and Google Gemini in project workflows.
• Coordinate estimation, budget planning, budget tracking, task distribution, and weekly status reporting.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Knowledge of QA fundamentals and enforcement of Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards.
• Strong stakeholder communication, negotiation, and cross-functional issue management skills.
• Experience with budget management and data-driven planning using Velocity, Cycle Time, and Lead Time.
