Sr. Product Delivery Manager (Travel Insurance)

Location: United States; 100% remote for eligible candidates working EST hours, or hybrid in Glastonbury, Connecticut.

Salary: $100,500–$140,000 annual base salary, depending on location, experience, responsibilities, skills, market conditions, and performance. Additional discretionary equity-based and/or performance-based compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product development and implementation lifecycle from final underwriting approval through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define product objectives and align project teams and stakeholders around execution plans.
• Forecast resource needs, coordinate team capacity, and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Establish stakeholder communication, provide progress updates, and address risks, issues, and concerns.
• Partner with Product Management leadership on product strategy, roadmaps, and execution initiatives.
• Improve product development processes through research, industry standards, best practices, and operational recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product delivery environment.
• Experience managing complex product development, implementation, or project portfolios from planning through execution.
• Expertise in resource planning, prioritization, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, IT, Product, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance teams in a fast-paced environment.
