Delivery Manager (Aviation Technology)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring timely outcomes and agreed quality standards.
• Embed within Agile teams to support planning, execution, transparency, and delivery momentum.
• Define delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Track progress, communicate delivery status, and manage delivery-related queries.
• Identify improvement opportunities and use delivery metrics to support transformation and change.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in evolving environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused approach.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Project Management or Agile certifications.
