Strategy Execution & Delivery Effectiveness Lead (Infrastructure)

Location: United States; hybrid work model

Salary: $153,075–$275,535 annually, plus variable pay opportunity and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery across infrastructure and platform portfolios covering cloud, network, compute, storage, middleware, DevOps, observability, and security.
• Translate enterprise and technology strategy into executable roadmaps, delivery frameworks, operating rhythms, governance models, metrics, and decision frameworks.
• Manage portfolio commitments, milestones, dependencies, risks, outcomes, change management, and release planning.
• Partner with technology, engineering, architecture, application, business, and external teams to validate feasibility and mitigate technical risks.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, narratives, dashboards, and portfolio updates for senior leadership, executive committees, and board-level audiences.
• Lead senior delivery leaders, program managers, and execution teams while driving operational excellence, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles, including leadership of large infrastructure portfolios in enterprise environments.
• Experience aligning execution strategy with enterprise technology transformation projects.
• Knowledge of compute, storage, network infrastructure, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience crafting executive-level presentations and written materials and translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models at scale, plus platform transformation, cloud modernization, or infrastructure simplification.
