Strategy Execution & Delivery Effectiveness Lead (Infrastructure)

Location: United States; hybrid work model

Salary: $153,075–$275,535 per year, plus variable pay opportunity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery across large infrastructure and platform portfolios.
• Translate enterprise technology strategy into delivery roadmaps, governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and architecture leaders on technical feasibility, dependencies, resilience, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, briefings, and portfolio health updates for senior leadership and board-level audiences.
• Manage delivery, operational, technical, compliance, and security risks, while leading incident insights, retrospectives, change management, and release planning.
• Lead senior delivery leaders, program managers, and execution teams across federated technology and business organizations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles and a background leading large enterprise infrastructure portfolios.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus compute, storage, network infrastructure, middleware, databases, and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, security, resiliency, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Experience aligning execution strategy with enterprise technology transformation, platform transformation, cloud modernization, or infrastructure simplification.
• Ability to create executive-level written and presentation materials and explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models at scale.
