Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer (Azure/Microsoft 365)

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York, United States; hybrid with 2 days onsite

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and support hybrid and cloud infrastructure across Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Manage and optimize Entra ID, Intune, Azure resources, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Strengthen security, access controls, and compliance.
• Build automation workflows with PowerShell, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Support backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments.
• Experience with PowerShell automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft or cloud certifications.
• Python or KQL experience.
• Exposure to Google Workspace.
• Experience in a nonprofit or mission-led environment.
