Sr. Manager, Yield Management - GTM Advanced Analytics (AI/ML)

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States; hybrid work, with candidates within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub potentially required to work onsite four or more days per week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $141,700–$268,300 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the design, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production-grade AI/ML solutions for yield management.
• Develop and optimize demand-sensing algorithms supporting sales and operations planning and yield management.
• Drive the AI/ML roadmap, including Agentic AI use cases for workflow automation and rapid prototyping of new applications.
• Establish MLOps practices, model governance, version control, documentation, retraining processes, and responsible AI standards.
• Oversee data sourcing, cleaning, preprocessing, and the quality of data pipelines used by AI/ML models.
• Align technical initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT while mentoring data scientists and AI/ML engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering or data science, including 3–5 years directly leading and managing technical teams.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade predictive models, time-series forecasting, optimization algorithms, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and core ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn, plus strong SQL skills.
• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP using MLOps tools, and developing user-facing model applications or dashboards.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative or computer science field.
• Management consulting experience or experience delivering strategic projects with third-party consulting teams.
• Yield management, revenue management, supply chain, or S&OP experience in automotive, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Spark for large-scale data and model training.
